At Aura in Bloom, each piece is thoughtfully created and packaged with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Times

All orders are handmade to order.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for order processing
  • Additional time during peak periods, launches, or promotions

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using our selected delivery service.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aura in Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Customs processing for international orders

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Aura in Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours
  2. Contact your local postal service

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item

We will organise a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
